SACRED HEART JR/SR HIGH SCHOOL ANNOUNCEMENTS
The Mission of Sacred Heart Jr-Sr High School is to educate the whole person-spirit, mind, and body – in Christian values in accordance with our Catholic faith tradition.
Wednesday, September 30th, 2020General Announcements:
Plans are underway to begin Community Activities tomorrow - With that in mind, Faculty & Students are welcomed and encouraged to wear their Community shirts tomorrow and every Thursday thereafter. More details will be forthcoming.
All students and faculty will meet outside for community on Thursday morning. You will be dismissed over the speaker, by community. You may grab a coat from your locker on your way outside. NO PHONES ALLOWED.
Mrs. Palen has approximately 20 community t-shirts that were ordered and never paid for. The cost is $8 and the deadline to pick them up is Friday, Oct 2. All shirts left after Friday will be put in the box of extra shirts and will be available to anyone that needs one.
The JH team represented Sacred Heart very well yesterday at the Salina Invitational held at Bill Burke Park.
Medaling in the top 10 for the 7th grade boys were Will Tuttle 3rd place and Cody Burr 7th. Rowen Ontiveros placed 37th.
For the 8th grade girls medaling in the top 10 were Caroline Stone leading the Knights with a 2nd place finish. Bethany Campa was 6th and Hayzelle Rodriguez 10th. Amy Mares also placed 14th.
On the 8th grade boys side Brady Wells placed 1st with Abram Anderson placed 18th.
